The client journey
The initial meeting
Our journey starts with a conversation. An opportunity to get to know each other a little and to establish what your financial goals and objectives are.
This free-of-charge meeting has no obligation. We will explain in detail the services we offer and the costs involved.
The fact-finding process
To provide you with the most appropriate financial advice, we’ll gather more detailed information about you and your full financial circumstances, to include any existing plans or policies.
We’ll also discuss and agree on the level of risk you are prepared to take, if any, and what your capacity is for loss.
There is no cost for the fact-finding process.
Research and recommendation
At this stage, we’ll know and understand you and your needs. We will be able to research a suitable strategy and solution for you. The cost for this will be dependent on the complexity involved and will be explained clearly to you before any further work is undertaken.
Once this strategy has been established, we will then meet with you again and present our recommendation. We will provide you with a full report confirming our recommendations and why we feel it fits with your financial goals and objectives set out in our first meeting together.
Implementation
Once you’ve agreed to proceed, we’ll assist you with the completion of the required documents and deal with the providers on your behalf so you won’t have to.
Ongoing review process
It’s important for both of us to meet annually so we can review our recommendation and ensure that it continues to meet your needs.
We will assess any changes in your personal circumstances as well as legislation and taxation to ensure our strategy continues to be suitable for you. Life can bring many changes, but you will be confident that your financial plan stays on track.
Our fee philosophy
We’re a small and personable team, and this shines through in the service we deliver to our clients. We are transparent with you at every stage of the process about the costs involved and how they are payable.
